If you’re willing to wait until 10 a.m. for a lite bite, then Rum Cake Lady will not disappoint. Locations in Downtown Blue Ridge and in McCaysville near the Georgia-Tennessee border both offer Cuban coffee and eats that rival options in Havana. Yes, “authentic” is an overused word, but in this case it is most fitting. Grab a Cortadito and a mini Rum Cake, and then come back for lunch!

The Pullman

Located in Downtown Blue Ridge, The Pullman offers an elevated breakfast experience, served all day. Their standout dishes include a traditional eggs benedict, a fresh veggie benedict, hearty short rib hash, and bold blackened shrimp. Whether you choose to dine inside or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the patio, it's an ideal spot to ease into your morning - or keep breakfast going well past noon.

Iron Bridge General Store & Cafe

Located in the Aska Adventure Area across from the historic Shallowford Bridge, an old iron bridge dating back to 1918. You can eat a great breakfast with items like fried bologna with egg and cheese sandwiches, breakfast burritos, along with traditional items like pancakes and more. Be sure to stop back for lunch and dinner as well. You can even grab sunscreen on the way out for your day of adventure.

At Mountain Mama's Coffee Lounge, there's a sign that says, "All y'all are welcome, but you gotta act right." If the spunky and fun decor itself hasn't sold you on this cafe yet, we're here to assure you that this cafe feels like a personable friend that's just prepared a soul-nourishing meal for you. With a bright, airy space and welcoming services, it's easy to take in the friendly ambience as you sip on your caffeinated drink. Choose between creative drinks like the Martian Matcha, Andromeda Cold Brew, or Orion's Tea Latte, where ingredients like condensed milk and fig jelly elevate your go-to beverage to new levels. Healthy and delectable food options include the Mindful Sammy, avocado toast, and egg bites.

The Yellowphant Café

This combined cafe and candle shop serves generous portions and carefully crafted coffee drinks like the macchiato.
