From building your very first starter to mastering harder techniques, you’ll learn everything about sourdough—from creating and maintaining a lively starter, understanding fermentation, performing bowl folds and coil folds, managing rest periods, shaping, scoring, and baking beautiful loaves with that perfect open crumb. Timing, troubleshooting, and all the tips and tricks that turn good bread into exceptional bread will be covered, giving you the confidence and knowledge to bake consistently great sourdough at home.
